With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

A source of other help for patients can be found on this useful website:-

ONLINE SERVICES

Patients can now access test results and vaccination histories online as well as ordering prescriptions and making appointments all from the comfort of home. Patients who also sign up for electronic prescribing can arrange their repeat medication and have it delivered to their chemist without having to phone or come into the surgery at all. Do see our online services page and view this tutorial which shows you how to register with a letter from the practice.  https://support.patientaccess.com/videos/register-with-a-letter

PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

Patients who would like to become more involved in the Patient Group can follow the links on the website to Patient Group or should ask to speak to the Practice Manager. The group would gladly welcome suggestions for areas in which they can help support patients and would especially welcome new members to inform discussion and action. Please do have a say in your healthcare. It is vital that the practice works hand in hand with its patients.
